PLANTER

A traditional component in the plantation of an urban environment, planters allow vegetal growth, even when the ground is completely mineralized (squares, sidewalks etc.). Their mobility allows, in addition, the varying of squares and public spaces according to the seasons.

Aréa has developed a complete range of planters, which compared to traditional standards, add new features: water reservoir, liner which isolates the roots from climatic hazards and facilitates handling, adjustment jacks etc., in order to answer to cities' needs and to the new plant-life palette which comes into being. Loyal to our original concept, the design of our planters is refined and coordinated to that of the whole of our furnishings (metallic sections, width of slats and wood species etc.), for a perfect homogeneity and aesthetic coherence.
